The stay was average overall. I enjoyed the large breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of choices, catering even to picky eaters. The indoor pool was well-maintained and provided a nice place for relaxation after a busy day of exploring. However, the noise from the wedding events happening on weekends made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Also, the cleanliness in some common areas could use improvement, particularly around the pool area, where things felt a bit neglected. I visited to check out the Sarajevo War Tunnel and had a decent time, but some aspects need attention.

The pools, including an outdoor option with a slide, were fantastic! Breakfast was a highlight with diverse options, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

Reception was crowded and uninviting, creating a disappointing first impression. Also, noise from wedding events could be disruptive during weekends.

the rooms are quite old and run down, and a complimentary toothbrush would have been a nice touch for a 5-star establishment. i expected to be treated like royalty but instead had to deal with the horrible buffet seating arrangement, which was too crowded. what an absolute travesty. might've considered a good rating, but just couldn't.

Positive, Our stay as a family was awesome! The indoor pools were a hit with the kids, and breakfast had plenty of options to satisfy everyone. The staff was attentive, and we received a crib for our baby without any hassle. The room was spacious and the overall vibe was relaxing. Definitely recommend!

The check-in process was unprofessional, as they kept our passports for an hour without explanation. The overall cleanliness in common areas, especially around the pool, was lacking, with no towels available. We were also frustrated by the noise level from wedding events occurring every weekend, which made relaxing nearly impossible.

Now, for some cheeky critiques, our room was dirty upon arrival, with only one glass for four of us and black hair on the pillow. The beds for the kids weren’t ready, and one sofa bed was broken. The pool area was quite dirty, making it feel a bit dodgy, especially with sharp tiles. Overall, it felt far from a luxury experience, but it still had its glimmers of hope.

Clean rooms, spacious and well-maintained. Big parking lot and friendly staff. breakfast was great with lots of variety. Super close to the airport, which was a definite plus!

Fun family getaway!

The kids couldn’t get enough of the swimming pools, super fun and kept them entertained. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid with plenty of choices. One small thing tho, the hair salon prices seemed a bit steep. Overall, a cool spot for families!

I truly enjoyed my time at Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal Spa Resort. The spacious deluxe triple room provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the lovely city. Delicious breakfast options catered to all tastes, and the spa offered much-needed relaxation. Only minor noise from events interrupted my experience. Overall, a delightful stay.

we enjoyed our stay in hills sarajevo congress & thermal spa resort. our room was spacious with modern furniture, and the beds were super comfortable. the kids loved the indoor pool. breakfast had a lot of variety. the sauna was a nice experience, especially since it promotes serotonin secretion.
